A virtual and in person conferencing application

While working at WebMD under the Medscape branch, I was given the opportunity to lead the design efforts in creating a virtual conferencing application. The immediate purpose of this application was to replace a dated service and provide Medscape more control over the events they host around the world. My job was to identify various user journeys and prototype the application's interface. During this process I helped shape the foundation of the features in the application and worked with the development team to phase out an approach that allowed us to maximize our time while deploying a product heavily needed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
